1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship throughout New Zealand, including all main islands and rural areas. We use reliable New Zealand Post and courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

2.1 Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over NZ$50
  • Standard shipping fee: NZ$5.99 for orders under NZ$50
  • Delivery to urban areas: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery to rural areas: 5-7 business days

2.2 Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for faster delivery:

  • Express shipping fee: NZ$12.99
  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days for urban areas
  • Delivery time: 2-3 business days for rural areas
  • Orders placed before 2pm NZST on weekdays will be processed the same day

3. Order Processing

Once you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours
  2. We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  3. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days
  4. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped
  5. You can track your order using the tracking number provided

4. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order value (free shipping on orders over NZ$50)
  • Shipping method selected (standard or express)
  • Delivery address location (urban or rural)

All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required by New Zealand law.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at helpcenter@exceptionalwhsty.world.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Failed Delivery

If delivery is attempted but you are not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Packages are typically held at the local depot for 5-7 business days before being returned to us.

6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. Public Holidays and Delays

Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, peak shopping periods (such as Christmas), or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions). We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

8. International Shipping
